Under the guidance of a passionate local chef, you’ll learn the secrets of traditional pasta-making. From mixing the ingredients to kneading and shaping the dough by hand, you’ll create fresh, handmade fettuccine from scratch—just like Italians do. Each guest gets their own workstation and tools, making this a truly hands-on experience. Once your pasta is ready, the chef will top it with a delicious, freshly made sauce. Then, it’s time to relax and enjoy your meal—either inside our welcoming restaurant or outside on the sunny terrace. No dishes to wash, just great food and great company! A second drink of your choice is included. Join us at the social table, meet fellow travelers, and chat with your chef about Italian cuisine, recipes, and local tips for exploring Rome. We welcome vegetarian and gluten-free guests—just let us know in advance! The restaurant is air-conditioned!
