What You Will Do
Expect to return home with more knowledge of Italian flavors! Our hands-on Ravioli Cooking Class is for everyone who wants to learn how to make traditional Ravioli. You'll learn what stuffings are used for this type of pasta, and what sauce is used! The sauce is always depending on the stuffing! Our chefs will guide you through the steps of making Ravioli (without any machine!) and once you're ready, the staff of this traditional restaurant will seat you, offer the drinks that are included in this experience, and serve you at the table the cooked Ravioli you made. This a true experience for those who love Italian pasta dishes!

Meet us at Ristorante Panzirone! The beauty of Italy is that we have hundreds of varieties for every dish, and every type of food. Beyond pasta, there's a dish that's even better: RAVIOLI The ravioli is a type of pasta filled with different ingredients like ricotta, or/and spinach. With Eatalian Cooks, you can learn how to do handmade ravioli with a traditional filling. This is either ragu or Ricotta cheese with spinach. In the second part of the experience, you'll be seated at the historic restaurant on the corner of Piazza Navona, where you'll get served bruschetta as an appetizer, and a glass of beer or wine while in the kitchen they cook your ravioli. The restaurant staff will serve your ravioli with butter and sage. Secret tip: You as much Parmigiano or Pecorino Romano on top as you can! Italian flavors, traditional restaurant in the heart of Rome, on the angle of Piazza Navona. We kindly ask our guests to arrive on time! Since this is not a private class, we can't wait for more than 10 minutes for anyone!
