Have fun in this fantastic experience of preparing Fresh Pasta and Tiramisu! I will welcome you to my home in Milan, together we will follow all the steps necessary to create fresh pasta and tiramisu, the true icons of Italian cuisine. We will start with a mixed aperitif, rich in products including cold cuts, cheeses and typical Italian appetizers. I will guide you through the various phases of the preparation of fresh pasta, from the dough to the realization of the shape, topped with a delicious tomato sauce and basil, in true Italian style! After this delicious tasting you will taste the iconic Italian dessert.... the Tiramisu. We will prepare it together and wait an hour to enjoy it. I am waiting for you to share these recipes and enjoy them in my home, comparing secrets, experiences and details that I will teach you during the cooking class experience We will accompany meals with excellent wine, white or red or other drinks if you prefer.
