Meet at the Churchill Statue in Parliament Square - Begin your tour with an introduction to our protagonist. (10 minutes)
Parliament Square - Admire the Houses of Parliament and the beautiful gothic St Margaret’s Church (OUTSIDE VIEWS ONLY) where Churchill’s wedding took place from Parliament Square (10 minutes
Whitehall Cenotaph - As you stand before the solemn monument to the fallen you will begin to explore Churchill’s role and experiences in the first world war. (10 minutes)
Whitehall, Field Marshal Haig Memorial - Surrounded by statues of Churchill’s advisors and Generals we will deepen our knowledge and examine the interwar period and the rising of tensions leading to the second World War. (5 minutes)
Horse Guard’s Parade - No visit to Whitehall would be complete without seeing the Horse Guards and taking a quick photo, Churchill himself was a Cavalryman after all. (5 minutes)
