On your private day trip, you will:

Lacock is a quintessential English village, and not much has changed over the past two centuries. The area is filled with quaint traditional stone cottages, old workhouses, a medieval tithe barn, the old lock-up and the village church. In particular, Lacock Abbey (founded in the early 13th century by the Countess of Salisbury), is known for its stunning architecture and expansive Greenland.
Spend some time immersing yourself in the colours and scents of the gardens, try to find the giant tree stump, and see if you can spot any woodland wildlife. Harry Potter fans will also be pleased with Lacock Abbey, which stood in as Hogwarts for two of the films.
In the afternoon you will continue onward for a private walking tour of Bath - famous for its elegant Georgian architecture and widely considered one of England’s prettiest cities. Follow your expert guide on a picturesque tour of the city, through its beautiful Regency squares and quaint mews.
You will see Bath Abbey and the stunning Pulteney Bridge, modelled after the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. You will also have the pleasure of visiting the city’s famous Roman Baths - the best preserved and most stunning Roman spa from the ancient world.
You will end your comprehensive tour with a pleasant car journey back to your hotel.

Hotel Pick up is available from any Central London Hotel within a 5km radius from Embankment Place, or in West, North-West or South-West London). If your hotel information is not provided, your guide will meet you at the Taxi Rank in Embankment Place, outside Embankment Tube Station (at the Villiers Street entrance and not the Embankment entrance).
