What You Will Do
Hear about London during the Blitz, the courage of ordinary people in the face of terror, and see the city through the eyes of our iconic Prime Minister.
On this deeply personal tour, we will visit the lesser-known streets, shops and buildings which played a huge role in Churchill's life and self-image. You'll check out the shop where he purchased his iconic cigars, stand in the military parade ground with its own hidden WW2 communications centre, visit the wine merchant with cellars running beneath the street, and take in the social clubs of which he was a member.
And then for the mind blowing trip into the Churchill War Rooms. An incredible museum which is like a time capsule from London in the War.
All enjoyed in a more intimate setting as your group will be small to maximise enjoyment and interaction.
