What You Will Do

Your private journey can start at any time of your choosing! Enjoy the same bike route as our public Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito tour. This tour starts from our Tour Center in Fisherman's Wharf, and rides along the San Francisco waterfront, over the Golden Gate Bridge and into Sausalito. The tour will conclude in downtown Sausalito. After your tour you can enjoy a nice lunch in Sausalito, browse the shops,. Post tour, folks can return back to San Francisco by riding the bike back at your own pace. Also, you can optionally take a ferry back to the city (Ferry ticket not included), and in high season we offer a Sausalito bike drop for those who wish to leave their bike in Sausalito for an extra fee.

The bike tour departs from 2661 Taylor Street- Fisherman’s Wharf is one of San Francisco’s most famous waterfront areas, known for its lively atmosphere, historic landmarks, and stunning views. Key attractions include Pier 39, with its shops, restaurants, and sea lions, as well as the Aquarium of the Bay. The area is famous for fresh seafood, like clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl, served at restaurants like Boudin Bakery and Scoma's. A short ferry ride takes you to Alcatraz Island, a former prison with rich history and beautiful gardens. Visitors can also explore the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park and see historic ships. For sweets, Ghirardelli Square offers delicious chocolate treats. With easy access by cable car, bus, and ferry, Fisherman’s Wharf is a great starting point for exploring the city’s iconic sites, including the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay.
