In Washington, D.C., enjoy the National Cherry Blossom Festival with visits to the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, the Tidal Basin, and a scenic walk through East Potomac Park. After lunch at the vibrant District Wharf, take in views of the Potomac River and nearby landmarks. The tour ends in Baltimore with a visit to the lively Inner Harbor before returning to Boston.
