As you venture into Big Machine Distillery to sample whiskey, your tour group will be greeted by the rich aroma of oak barrels and grains in the air. You will first be taken to the production area, where you will see the impressive copper stills that are used to distill the whiskey. The knowledgeable guide will explain the distillation process and how each step contributes to the unique flavor and smoothness of Big Machine's whiskey.
As you continue your tour, you will have the opportunity to see skilled craftsmen at work, carefully bottling and labeling each bottle by hand. You may even catch a glimpse of some special edition or limited release bottles that are not available to the public.
Finally, it's time for what we've all been waiting for – sampling!
