Wind your way through villages and green rice fields to southern Battambang to get off the beaten path and experience the villages without crowds. Take a few stops at vegetable and mushroom farms.

Stop At: Phnom Sampeau
Continue to Phnom Sampou Mountain. Having explored a few villages and local daily lives, back on the bike and continue on the dirt road along the rice paddies to Phnom Sampou. Climb the mountain from the backside which most travellers never get to know about. Sit on the rock and wait for thousands of bats to fly out during the sunset. Return to the hotel by cycling.
