You will discover century-old cellars.
The visits will focus on the history of Châteauneuf du Pape, the understanding of the different appellations of the Côtes du Rhône, the specificities of winemaking and viticulture in Châteauneuf du Pape.
Tastings of white and red wines from Châteauneuf du Pape.
I suggest lunch in a local restaurant (not included) around 35€ per person.
After lunch, study of the specificities of the terroirs and the main grape varieties.
