The tasting begins in the cellar. This is followed by the projection of an explanatory video on the production of Alsace wines (suitable for children). Then we will visit the cellar dating from 1850 with its wooden barrels more than a hundred years old and its scenographic space. You will discover our family history through an immersive video unique in France. It's a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my working philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the public to find themselves in total immersion in my story. We will end the tasting in the catering area with a wine to accompany each dish (soup, foie gras, pie and dessert). You will leave this visit with a small bottle of homemade mulled wine and entry to the "Gingerbread Palace". Alsace 2021 tourism trophy and Atout France 2022 wine tourism trophy.
