Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the rare cellars in Alsace with around twenty century-old oak casks each with a capacity of 10,000L still used for the vinification of its wines. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris (1900). It is still used today. The immersive experience with projections on lightning bolts and sound work is unique in France. Children are welcome during the visit, it is suitable for everyone. An entry for the gingerbread palace is offered to you and you will leave with a bottle of mulled wine made by the House! Our domain has been in organic conversion since August 2018.

Itinerary Details

Operated by: Vins Zeyssolff - Au Péché Vigneron

Maison ZEYSSOLFF offers you a complete guided tour of its premises, from the production of the wine, from the cellar to the bottle. A commented tasting of the estate's wines accompanied by a portion of kougelhopf (Alsatian brioche) will awaken your taste buds. You will thus discover our cellar with century-old oak casks.

Following the organic conversion of our estate, we have renovated our cellar and take advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity.
It's a film about our rather rich personal history, and about our working philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on oak barrels at 180°, allowing the public to find themselves in total immersion in our history.

After the tasting, you will leave with a bottle of mulled wine and entry to visit the gingerbread palace (just opposite the estate).
