Stop At: Estancia Harberton

Our meeting point is in our office near the touristic pier. From there we head northeast along route 3 and J to the legendary Estancia Harberton (the first of the island, founded in 1886 by the Anglican missionary Thomas Bridges; located 90 km away from Ushuaia on the Beagle Channel)

Stop At: Isla Martillo

We navigate form the pier at Harberton towards Martillo Island, a fifteen minutes trip, on an inflatable boat (suitable for navigation in this region). Once on the island, we walk for an hour among Papuas and Magaellanic penguins. You will live a unique experience – only with us! Penguins settle on the island in summer, sharing their habitat with other birds like squas (their main predator), petrels, cormorants, buzzards y South American seagulls.

Stop At: Estancia Harberton

When finishing the trek, we go back on the inflatable boat to the Estancia and take some free time to visit its casco and surroundings. Later we start our trip back to the city of Ushuaia.
