This 5 days tour has been specially created for all those people interested in knowing more about the south east of Mexico. A trip back in time to learn more about one of the greatest civilization ever: The MAYAS. We will visit: Tulum, Kohunlich, Chicanna, Becan, Misol-Ha, Palenque, Edzna, Uxmal and Chichen Itzá and a few beautiful colonial towns along the way. Our hotels rates are 3 star comfortable hotels for 4 nights. The type of vehicle used for this trip is regularly a comfortable Ford Transit Van with capacity of either 6 or 12 people depending on the number of reservations.

Day 1 TULUM-KOHUNLICH
Stop At: Tulum Archaeological Site
A great time visiting the ancient ruins of TULUM, this is our first stop in our 5 days itinerary.
Duration: 2 hour
Stop At: Kohunlich
A must do stop to see the impressive masks of the Mayan Sun God at the ruins of Kohunlich

Day 2 BECAN-CHICANNA-MISOL HA
Stop At: Becan Archaeological Zone
A great visit to the ruins of Becan, an ancient Mayan City surrounded by a wall and a moat

We will visit a Mayan City that still shows evidence of mayan writing system on its walls.

Stop At: Cascadas de Misol-Ha
Great waterfalls near Palenque, we will have time for a quick swim and picture taking.

Day 3 PALENQUE-CAMPECHE
Stop At: Zona Arqueologica de Palenque
Home of one of the greatest Mayan kings that ever lived, Pakal The Great. His tomb was discovered here in 1952, in the tomb they found one of the masterpieces of Mayan art, Pakal’s funerary jade mask.

Stop At: Centro Historico de San Francisco de Campeche
A beautiful colonial town, founded by the Spanish and they attacked repeatedly by the pirates, Campeche is a very quaint colonial city built by the ocean shore.

Day 4 EDZNA-UXMAL-MERIDA
Stop At: Zona Arquelogica Edzna
Edzna was the birthplace of one of the greatest Mayan dynasties of kings, the ITZA, the temple of the 5 stories is a highlight of this place.

Stop At: Zona Arqueologica Uxmal
The 3 times built city of Uxmal, one of the most decorated mayan cities ever built, the unique style of its decoration has astonished travelers since the 19th century.

Beautiful colonial city and the largest city in the SouthEast of Mexico, we will visit the city an will spend over night here.

Day 5 CHICHEN ITZA

One of the New Seven Wonders of the World left at the end of our trip, Chichen Itza is one of the greatest mayan cities ever built and a must see during a trip to Mexico
