Rich tasting of Salento wines

We will meet in the venue that I personally chose for this event. Here will be served 6 glasses of wine, 1 of white, 2 of rosé and 3 of red, produced from typical local grapes such as Negroamaro, Primitivo and Verdeca, accompanied by a selection of typical Salento gastronomic products such as olives, Pizzi, Pucce, Frise, Rustici, Capocollo from Martina Franca and the famous mozzarella and burrata fresh cheese. Obviously for each tasted label I will tell you the history of the wine and of the producing winery by telling you about the production techniques, the vines and the history of the terroirs related to the selected wines.
