The historic center of Lecce is one of the most interesting in Puglia. The peculiarity of its Baroque architecture derives from the ability of local artists and architects who, between the 17th and 19th centuries, made it something unique also thanks to the quality of the soft local stone. Our tour will be a journey through time, from the splendor of the Roman Empire to contemporary Lecce. An elegant and refined city where churches and ancient buildings alternate with artisan workshops (particularly those of papier-mâché), shops and clubs where it is possible to taste the typical products. The itinerary includes a small tasting of typical products.
