Diocletian's palace is living monument, built by Roman Emperor Diocletian, However, the retirement home eventually became the city of Split. Split is not only ancient city, but there are so many layers of history. This tour will introduce you to city of Split, and you will learn to differentiate different influences through history in the city of Split.

Riva is Split's living room. Ideal place to have a coffee and be seen if you are in Split

Stop At: Marmontova Ulica
Split's shopping street, named after Napoleon's general August Marmont. Apart from shopping, you can also buy fresh fish on the hectic fish market as well.

Basement of Diocletian's palace - or, for Game of Thrones fans - Dragon's Dungeon - is the best preserved part of the palace.
