You start with a half-hour briefing and safety briefing on land.
This is followed by an hour on the water with an explanation of the technology and further information.
You spend the second hour on the water. Depending on your wishes, we will help you refine the technique or teach you the race technique. Alternatively, you can choose between fun & games or relaxation & nature experience.
