This tour is a journey through Zadar's historical center with licensed guide who will introduce you to city's turbulent history, culture and people. Zadar represents one of the oldest urban localities in the Mediterranean and it was populated from 1000 B.C. by its first permanent inhabitants - the Liburnians, skilled seafarers and merchants.

2000 years ago Zadar became Roman colony and regular grid of streets and squares were formed. During that time, Forum was a main square and center of social life. You will learn more about the entire complex.
