This tour spanned around 6-7 hours on Vagar Island. The hike along the Sorvagsvatn was moderate, and the view was magneficient when reached the top. The reach to Bosdalafossur requires passing through rugged, rocky terrain. One may take it slow if not use to cross-country hiking. It was manageable although I hike only occassionally, plus the weather has been mild. The guide, Kent, has taken good care of me not only during the trip, but had followed up with me before it happened. He is also very knowledgeable and has explained a lot of different interesting facts about the landscape and local community. The trip ended with the stunning Mulafossur. it is as picturesque as you can see online. One tip if you want to plan for several day trips, try to do this one right on your arrival or before leaving Faroe as it starts and ends on Vagar Island, not Torshavn. Staying over at Hotel Vagar (right next to the airport at 5-10 mins walk distance) can be a good choice. Sadly I did not do so, and had to commute from and to Torshavn, which took around 40 mins one-way.
