We would like to offer the experience to smell the perfumes of some spices, herbs and fresh fruit, that will guide you in recognizing, learning and finding the distinctive aromas of each wine.

The experience starts with a visit and walk through the vineyard, you’ll then go on with the tasting of four wines we produce.
You’ll be invited to smell the perfume of some spices, herbs and fresh fruit, that will guide you in recognizing, learning and finding the distinctive aromas of each wine.
The wines to taste are:
Bardolino, a young red wine from local vines
Bardolino Chiaretto, a roseé wine with a unique crispness
Garganega, a white wine with mineral aromas
Brol Grande, Bardolino Classico, a single vineyard red wine, aged in concrete tanks
The experience takes place in our tasting room or, in the warm season, outside. The tasting is followed by a merenda with soppressa (local salami) and Monte Veronese (local cheese).
