It is commonly served in a cold soup made of Cambodian herbs and flavors, unlike anything else. At the rice noodle factory, you will learn about Cambodia’s special rice noodle tradition. Bamboo Sticky Rice Cake: Our next stop is a local manufacturer of rice cakes, which are made from bamboo sticky rice. Your guide will explain the process of making the bamboo rice cake, and you will also have a chance to try it. Samrong Knong Wat : This is a really beautiful memorial to the 10,000 people who lost their lives at the hands of the Khmer Rouge in the Battambang area. Definitely worth a visit; it doesn't take long to see, but you could stay for as long as you like.
