The chocolate farm La Candelaria, Minca and Marinka waterfalls are all located on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Pass By: Minca
Minca is a small village located in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. We have to get here first, we will change vehicles from an SUV to a 4x4.
Stop At:
Come with us to Finca La Candelaria, a chocolate farm founded in 1925 located 3200 ft above sea level. Here, you will get know first-hand how the cocoa is picked and treated, and also you will be able to learn how to make milk chocolate with organic cacao seeds. Heads up! The 4x4 will leave us at certain point and from them we have to walk for around 15 minutes on a steep road.

Pass By: Minca
Minca is a small village located in La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. We have to get here after the chocolate tour so that we can head to Marinka waterfalls
Stop At: Cascada de Marinka
Enjoy and relax the refreshing and pristine waters of these gorgeous waterfalls. We can stay here up to 2 hours. Heads up! The 4x4 will leave us at the parking lot and from them we have to walk for around 15 minutes on a steep hill.

After the waterfalls, we will return to Minca and we will go to the restaurant of this stunning boutique hostel to take lunch. This stop is optional, if you prefer to return to your hotel we can skip it.
