Day 1: KUALA LUMPUR - CAMERON HIGHLANDS (Hotel recommended: Avillion)

Stop At: Cameron Highlands, Cameron Highlands, Pahang
Camerons is a hill resort with cool temperatures and the largest tea growing region. It was discovered by British Geologist Sir William Camerons in 1885.
7.30-8am Complimentary pick up from your Kuala Lumpur hotel reception and depart for the Orangutan Island which is a Rehabilitation, Research, Conservation, Breeding and Education facility with Veterinary and Nursing services. In house Guide will belt out facts about the Orangutan.
You will climb uphill to visit Tea Plantations that are instrumental in drawing visitors to the CameronHighlands. Take a walk through the rolling hills for photo shoots. Day 2: CAMERON HIGHLANDS - RAINFOREST TAMAN NEGARA (Hotel recommended: Xcape)

Stop At: Taman Negara National Park, No.4 Bangunanan lknp Merapoh, Taman Negara, 27000 Malaysia
Rainforest Taman Negara is a 130 million years old tropical rainforest with endangered tigers, elephants, tapirs, sun bears.. 14,000 flowering plants, 300 bird species and etc. Several organisations like WWF and (you will be surprised) the Orang Asli (Aborigines) have pledged their efforts in preservation and conservation of our rainforest and endangered animals. A noble deed indeed ! On arrival at Kuala Tahan, have lunch and take a walk up the Canopy walkway for a bird's eye view of the World's oldest rainforest. Then catch a boat for rapids shooting - a take home experience as the boatman negotiates 7 sets of rapids to reach an aborigine village and watch fire making skills and blowpipe hunting techniques. The rainforest is their supermarket. The Nature guide will belt out facts and taboos of the jungle as he takes you jungle trekking . He will talk on medicinal and poisonous plants and the elusive aphrodisiacs in the jungle?

On Fridays we will replace with a 40 minutes walk to a mesmerizing rainforest waterfalls deep in the jungles of Malaysia. You will enjoy a blissful experience as the mountain waters caress you in gushes you would never have imagined.
Check in to hotel. Free and easy. After dinner at Floating Cafe,
join the nature guide to spot animals as in mouse deer, snakes, insects, spiders foraging for food. Its the Nite Jungle walk.
Climb a platform to watch nocturnal animals come for their salt lick. Return to hotel. And the Forest Orchestra plays on....

Day 3: RAINFOREST TAMAN NEGARA - KUALA LUMPUR (Hotel recommended: Park Royal)

Stop At: Batu Caves, Batu Caves, Selangor
The iconic Batu Caves is a limestone outcrop and the Hindus have identified the caves to be the home of their Hindu Deity Lord Subramaniam who is honored during the Hindu festival of Thaipusam.
Devotees give thanks for vows fulfilled. Ladies to be properly attired to enter the temple - knees and shoulders to be covered.

Stop At: Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan
Kuala Lumpur is the Capital of Malaysia and was a tin mining settlement with Tudor and Moorish designed architecture. Lets visit the Colonial Buildings Sultan Abdul Samad and the Jamek Mosque, the Old Railway Station and the National Mosque. Return transfer to your hotel approx. 1700hrs. End of tour.
