Stop At: Blue Cave

The magical Blue Cave is a must see in this part of the Adriatic. The Blue Cave is known for the specific blue color of the interior which appears when the sun penetrates through an opening on the ceiling. To enter the cave, it is necessary to embark a small wooden paddle boat and duck your heads as the entrance is very small.

Stop At:

Komiža is situated on the island of Vis in the deep Komiža bay. The mountain range Hum separates it from the rest of the island and steeply descends down to the shore of the bay forming interesting coast cliffs. This is a typical Mediterranean place with traditional architecture, narrow streets and houses around the harbour. The inhabitants were mostly seamen and fishermen due to the position and the lack of agricultural land. The important fishing history is shown in the Fishermen's Museum, one of a kind in Croatia.

Sightseeing the beautiful natural bay Stiniva located on the island of Vis. Protected as a nature reserve this small narrow bay about 600 meters long, is surrounded by high unreachable rocky cliffs on both sides. This location is accessible only by private speedboats.
