We will meet directly at my house. Our cooking class is the ONLY CLASS where you will learn some ancient recipes from Puglia. We will prepare for: Learn how to make a perfect pastry frasca Pugliese And the famous focaccia from Bari with tomatoes and oregano Tiramisu We will prepare everything from scratch, always with seasonal organic products, extra virgin olive oil (UNESCO heritage), Parmesan cheese, marzotic ricotta and many more!

I am waiting for you here in my kitchen, I will teach you the real artisan technique to have the typical Apulian fresh pasta.
- The classic focaccia
with oregano and fresh tomatoes. No kneading machines, just your hands and love!
We will use the freshest local ingredients.
Learn the secret of Apulian cuisine and surprise friends and family once back home.

You will taste the results of your efforts. I will be happy to share with you a glass of good wine to toast to the best experience you have had in Puglia! Hosts diet restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, any kind off allergy) must be communicated bifore booking.
