When it comes to the world of wine Germany has been in the wine game since the Romans and offers some of the world's most elegant and aromatic wine varieties, most notably for the noble Riesling. But getting your hands on a bottle outside of Germany can be hard to find. The regions best-kept wine secrets are rarely exported as locals love every last drop. This is why Weinköpfe exists. We believe wine was made for sharing. Our German wine tours aim to share with you the best quality wines, most beautiful views, historical sights and culinary delights the regions of Germany have to offer.

We would absolutely recommend trusting a day of your vacation to Carl. He is very knowledgeable, personable and fun! He even adjusted the schedule to accommodate a visit to a winery that we were interested in. He took us to a mix of old and new wineries to make sure we experienced a variety of the offerings from the region. I feel so strongly about our positive experience, that I'm going back a month later to make sure my review posted.

Carl was an amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about wine and the region. He went out of his way to ensure that we not only went to wineries specializing in wines that I liked but also to make sure I got to try different varieties of German wine. His personal relationships with the people at each winery made the tour above and beyond in my mind. Would highly recommend this tour if looking for a well rounded, enjoyable day in the wine region!

This tour was amazing! Carl was so friendly and knowledgeable about the wine and the area.

We went to 4 wineries and each one was better than the last. This is the wine trip you need to go on!
