The Norcineria Art Cooking Lab with Lunch & Horseback Ride

That of the norcino, is an ancient craft, and Umbria, in particular, has managed to make it a real culinary art renowned since Roman times. We’ll visit a prestigious farm in the area to learn its secrets: history of pork, anatomy of the pig, basic techniques of cutting the pig, processing of meat up to the production of sausages, preservation and salting of meat. At the end of the lab, a well-deserved lunch of our work!
After a brief introduction to horseback riding and approaching with this noble animal, a relaxing horseback ride will begin along the enchantment of the Franciscan path through landscapes of uncontested beauty, spirituality, and fragments of precious history unique in the world.
