Expect to be greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly. Get to know your host a little before focusing on the food.

Uncover the secrets to making authentic Tiramisu and then start to prepare your pasta using fresh local ingredients. Use egg and flour to beat and shape fresh pasta from a simple dough. Cut your pasta into fine strips of fettuccini.

Make cacio e pepe or carbonara, the two sauces that Rome is most famous for. Discover culinary methods and traditions that have been passed down through generations during the food making process.

Once the hard work is done, sit together as a group and enjoy all the wonderful food you have produced in a fine Roman meal. Listen to stories of traditional foods and the people behind them as you eat your food and enjoy refreshments.
