If there’s one thing to be experienced on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, it’s the food. Stop At: Saigon Opera House (Ho Chi Minh Municipal Theater)
I will pick you up at your hotel in districts 1, 3, and 4. If your hotel is not located in these districts, we will meet you at Ben Thanh Market and we will start the tour from there. After 15 minutes of driving in the taxi to the first location, our food tour starts from here, this food menu you will have 9 tasting dishes, drinks, beers, and desserts.

1. This is the first food stop on the tour, we will try a bowl of Bun Bo Hue noodles which is from the central area of Vietnam. You will learn the story, and recipe and watch the show behind the kitchen of a local vendor how to make it, and how they start their successful business.

2. It takes around minutes to walk to the second location, we walk down to the small alleyways to go to a local vendor selling the "Banh Xeo", the southern dish origin, a kind of spring roll, a lot of fresh Vietnamese vegetables and herbs. You can see how locals here make these dishes in the kitchen.

3. Keep exploring deeper into the local area, where you can grab a beer to drink while walking to the third dish called " Vietnamese pizza" from Central Highland Area. It takes around 15 minutes to walk there. We will have a great chat and chill at night while walking inside back alleys

4. This is the fourth stop, Catching your breath by trying the fresh sugar cane juice at the second-hand market, and seafood market. You definitely should not miss these local drinks mixed with kumquat makes it sour and sweet which is very balanced.

5. In the next locations, Visting the oldest apartments to truly feel local lives here, watch local people activities at night, and take stunning photos in this area while trying the northern dish " Xoi Man", hot sticky rice, pate, sausages, pork floss, & herbs.
