• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Wheelchair accessible
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Anyone under the age of 19 must be accompanied by an adult
• Children between 5-12 ride half price when riding with a full paying adult [one adult: one child]
• Unfortunately, this tour is not for pregnant women
• Min. of 2 machines needed to run any tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
• Driver's must present a valid driver's license to drive and be 19+ years old
• Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff
• Social distancing enforced throughout experience
• Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
• Gear/equipment sanitized between use
• Guides required to regularly wash hands
• Regular temperature checks for staff
