We offer our visitors to live an enogastronomic experience immersed in an agricultural farm, producer of wine and extra virgin olive oil and home of the owners of this small family business. To share our passion for traditional Pugliese cuisine, the masseria opens its doors and together with a local chef we will take you on a tour of flavors and aromas of typical Pugliese cuisine, preparing together 4 typical dishes of the region and while tasting the olive oil and wines produced in this wonderful place. Get ready to live a relaxed, fun experience and be part of a great family. During the cooking lesson, the following dishes are prepared: • Focaccia • 2 types of fresh pasta (orecchiette and cavatelli) • Tomato sauce for pasta • Dessert: Chocolate or jam crostata

Group experience (max. 8 people) available EVERY THURSDAY from June 17 to October 21, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We want to share with our guests the passion, tradition and secrets of Pugliese cuisine.

Our experience begins with a tour of the Masseria, where its owners will tell us about the history of this typical and cozy masseria located in Locorotondo, a producer of olive oil and high quality wine.

The typical pugliese cooking course includes:
• Tasting of extra virgin olive oil
• Tasting of 2 types of wines produced there (White and Red)
• The cooking lesson includes the preparation of: 2 types of fresh pasta (orecchiete and cavatelli), focaccia, pasta sauce with meat, crostata (chocolate or jam).

The experience will end all sitting at the table, tasting the dishes that we prepare together, plus some entrees that our chef will prepare for them.

Wine is included in the menu.
