We want to share with our guests the passion, tradition and secrets of Pugliese cuisine. In your luggage back home, you will not only carry the memory of a wonderful vacation but also the knowledge in the preparation of typical dishes of the region and become, as a hobby or for business, an ambassador of Pugliese food.
Our pugliese-based cooking course includes the preparation of fresh pasta, pasta sauce with meat, aubergine parmigiana and a delicious crostata for dessert.
The experience will end with everyone sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that we prepare together, plus some appetizers that our chef will prepare for you.
