Traditionally, miso is made from whole soybeans but we make it using tofu refuse so you can make it easier and quicker!!
Though soy pulp is healthy food and rich in nutrients , it is disposed of as industrial waste!!
This is an effective use.

• Miso soup - The homemade miso soup has no taste and has a good taste. Just put miso and ingredients in the bowl and pour hot water to make a healthy fast food.
• Miso Sauce Okaramochi - I made miso into a delicious paste and tried to make it miso soup. It tastes like peanut butter.
Nevertheless, it is healthier than peanut butter and can be safely eaten by those who are allergic to nuts.
