We will meet the travellers in front of the ferry boat ticket office /BIGLIETTERIA at 10:30 am. From Como we will take the fast boat/hydrofoil to Lenno, where Villa Balbianello is located (30 min). This villa and its gardens were the setting place for Star Wars and James Bond Casino Royal. Experience peace and immense beauty of nature. This instagramable spot will give you unforgettable memories! From Lenno we will have a 20 min. boat trip to Bellagio, where we will do a pleasant walking tour. We will return with the slow boat (2 h), to have a chance to show you the most beautiful villas on the lake. Please note that in case of overbooking in high season this tour might become a semi-private tour with the number of participants reaching maximum 8 persons. In this case you will be offered an aperitivo (a drink and typical Italian appetizers) on the lake after the tour. If you want your tour to be exclusively private, please mention it under the point "requirements".
Itinerary Details
Stop At: Villa del Balbianello
We will visit the probably most beautiful villa on Lake Como, tell you its history of over 700 years and explain where the famous scenes of Star Wars (Attack of the Clones) and James Bond Casino Royal were filmed.
Duration: 2 hour
Stop At: Basilica di San Giacomo
We will visit the main church in Bellagio, the Basilica di San Giacomo. Architectural style and main art pieces will be explained.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: La Punta Spartivento
We will visit the most beautiful panoramic view point of Lake Como (view of the Pre-Alps and the villages Menaggio, Varenna and Tremezzo). At this point a restaurant is located, where visitors can stay for a typical Italian lunch (specialty: lake fish). Or they can choose any other restaurant/bar nearby (lunch break 1-1.5 hours).

Stop At: Piazza Cavour
At the beginning of the tour from the main square in Como, Piazza Cavour, the visitors will be explained the main sights and tourist attractions of the city. Furthermore, they will receive tips and information about activities thay can do during their entire stay. Also practical questions of any kind will be answerted by the guide.

Stop At: Bellagio
In this famous village we will walk through the narrow streets and picturesque staircases, enjoy the view from the Promenade Europa and stop at the L.F. Kennedy monument.

Stop At: Lake Como
During the boat ride, travellers will have a chance to admire the particular landscape mix of Lake Como with its pre-alpine and Mediterranean features. Villages on the lakeshore will be pointed out and its historic/famous villas described (e.g. Villa d'Este, ex-villa of G. Versace, villa of George Clooney, Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi etc.).
