Then, the instructor and crew leave in a support boat to the Barceloneta beach for the eFoil class in Barcelona. Before starting, the instructor offers some basic tips on how to get on the board: how to operate the controller, balance, safety techniques and communication codes. It is important to remember that the instructor accompanies the student at all times so that he/she can follow the student's instructions.
Once the activity is over, you return to Marina Vela where you can use the showers and recharge your batteries with a refreshing drink in the facilities. Our instructors recommend an average physical condition. However, it is not recommended for people in wheelchairs, pregnant women or those with back problems.
