Our Thai cooking class is held open air so guests can enjoy all that our beautiful natural scenery has to offer here at Suuko.

Learn the skills of Thai cooking, with an emphasis on understanding of herbs and how to make your own curry pastes. 2 guests per one cooking station.

Menu A - Deep-fried fish cakes + Clear soup with mixed seafood and seaweed + Red curry with chicken + Thai sweet sticky rice with mango (Kao niew mamuang)
Menu B - Chicken and vegetable spring rolls + Spicy chicken soup with coconut milk and herbs (Tom kha gai) + Chicken Thai-basil stir-fry (Pad Ka Prao Gai) + Pumpkin in warm coconut cream
Menu C - Spicy glass noodles salad+ Clear soup with shrimps and bean curd + Pha-naeng curry with pork (Pha naeng moo) + Banana in coconut milk
Menu D - Papaya salad (som tam) + Spicy prawn soup with lemongrass (Tom yum gung) + Massaman curry with chicken + Thai style banana flambe
Menu E - Deep fried spring rolls+ Spicy prawn soup with coconut milk and herbs (Tom kha koong) + Green curry with chicken (Gaeng Keow Wan Gai) + Sweet potatoes in coconut cream
