After lunch we stop at the Colossi of Memnon, to admire the 2 massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, the only remains of the Temple of Amenhotep 111. Next the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut with its stunning architecture and beautiful murals. Then onto the famed Valley of the Kings, home to 63 tombs of Pharaohs that date back nearly 4,000 years. Discover 3 of the royal tombs, decorated with scenes from Egyptian mythology. Finally a visit to Howard Carters House, the founder of Tutankhmun Tomb, recently restored, showing his tools and how he lived.
