SUP Yoga is recommened for everyone who is able to swim - regardless of previous yoga or SUP experience. It’s a unique way to connect your body and mind in a beautiful setting where you can listen to the rhythm of the waves and the noises of nature. Doing yoga on the SUP Boards will help you to realise that you are able to find your inner peace and tranquility even when everything is moving around you. An exciting and calming experience at the same time. It will improve your body awareness and develop your balance and coordination.

We will start our experience with a 5 minutes paddling to get everyone comfortable and balanced on the boards. After we have reached our SUP yoga spot, we will warm up our body with gentle movements and we start the practice mainly with seated and lying down postures. Once everyone feels safe on the paddle boards, we might try to balance ourselves in standing asanas too.
We close down the class with a short floating meditation, where you can completely relax your body and mind, meanwhile you will listen to the rhythm of the waves and the noises of nature. After that, we will return to Iberostar Grand Portals Nous where you will be able to chill out at Astir Restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the sea.
