Stop At: Silk Street Barbican Centre, London EC2Y 8DS England

Know your apples and pears from your Ruby Murray? Don't worry. You don't need to speak Cockney rhyming slang to explore London's East End.

Our unique 4-hour walking tour is split into two distinct parts. The first takes you on a walk through the mighty Barbican, a brutalist concrete estate that once stood as the utopian dream of 60s architects. Here, you'll set your settings to black and white and get your viewfinder pointing at its shapes and shadows that have made it such an icon for photographers.

As you continue into the London's East End, you'll switch to colour photography and practise shooting the colourful characters and markets around Petticoat Lane and Brick Lane before ending at Shoreditch Station.
