Day 1 From Cancún/Playa del Carmen/Tulúm to Valladolid.

Stop At: Tulum Archaeological Site

We begin our day with the guided tour of one of the most representative archeological sites in the Mayan area, Tulum. This small but interesting ancient city known as Zamá was built on the Caribbean coast of the modern Mexican state of Quintana Roo.

Stop At: Zona Arqueologica de Coba

Guided tour of the archaeological site of Cobá, an ancient Mayan city of great importance, mainly in the classical period, almost 50 kilometers east of Tulúm. There we will see the main buildings and we will have the opportunity to climb to the highest structure in the Yucatan Peninsula with 42 meters high.

Stop At: Nuevo Xcan

We will visit a Mayan community project and refresh ourselves in the clear waters of a cenote (natural pools).

Day 2 From Valladolid to Río Lagartos natural reserve.

Stop At: Parque Natural Ria Lagartos

We will take a motor boat to take a tour of the biosphere reserve between the different type of mangrove and look for wildlife such as flamingos, ospreys and crocodiles, among others.

Stop At: Las Coloradas

Las Coloradas is a port located on the northern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. The town has a little more than 1000 inhabitants, dedicated to fishing and the salt industry, very important in the region. The peculiar pink color of the water in this site is due to the high level of salinity in the water, these ponds allow the proliferation of microorganisms called halobacteria. On the other hand, the presence of certain algae produces large amounts of reddish substances that paint the water.

Day 3 From Valladolid to Mérida

We will visit the Convent of San Antonio de Padua with its atrium, the second largest in the world after the Vatican. Also known as "the city of three cultures" or the "yellow city" for its characteristic center.

Day 4 Merida - Puuc Route

Stop At: Uxmal

Guided tour of the archaeological site of Uxmal where we will see the most representative buildings of this magnificent ancient Mayan city. Entrance tickets included.

Day 5 Hacienda - Mayapan end of the tour
