You don’t have to worry about having experience in painting as you don’t need it, this is something everyone can do. It’s suitable for children (10+) and adults, fun, therapeutic and a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Enjoy personalised guidance from the instructor and interaction with a small class in a cosy studio setting. Understand the nature of acrylic paint pouring and how it differs from other types of painting techniques. Learn about the origins of Acrylic Pour Art, and the materials needed in this energetic art style. Learn the ratio of paint to pouring medium for the perfect pour consistency. Practise three essential Pour techniques that can be combined and adapted to create different amazing variations of Acrylic Pour art works. Private and group workshops can also be booked for any day other than Saturdays regular workshop.

Acrylic Paint Pouring is a fluid painting technique used to create art by pouring acrylic paint onto a suitable surface such as a canvas or canvas board. Many techniques can be used to apply the paint to the canvas, some are more simple and are better for beginners , others are a bit more advanced and can be mastered in an Acrylic Pour Advanced Workshop! In the beginners workshop we cover the basics of pouring to get you off to a good head start!
This workshop takes you through the process step by step whilst having fun along the way.
This is not your typical painting workshop so be prepared to get messy and have a good time. Leave your brushes behind because you are going to be getting up close and personal with your paint.
After a few hours of painting like never before you will be treated to a complimentary homemade afternoon tea.
