The pickup begins at 7:00 am, we will pick up passengers at their hotels. The pick up time lasts 30 minutes. This tour is in Spanish. We will depart to Ocosingo where we will make our first stop for breakfast (not included). Stop At: Tonina

After the pick up, we will move to Tonina where we can visit a 74 meter high pyramid, bigger than the Sun pyramid located in Teotihuacán, on the acropolis of Toniná, Chiapas, the central staircase with its 260 steps, which crosses the seven platforms and the 13 temples at the top. Pre-Hispanic city whose meaning in Tzeltal is “Big Stone House”. It is a sacred space made up of an artificial mountain with seven platforms, raised on a calcareous hill that dominates an extensive and elongated valley. Toniná lived its heyday between the end of the 6th century and the beginning of the 10th AD, and was a military power as evidenced by the abundant representations of prisoners in stucco and stone. Its most important ruler was Tzots Choj, "Bat-tiger." In Toniná, the last Maya inscription of the classical period was written in 909.

To continue we will visit the El Corralito Ecotourism Center, a community of the Tzotsil ethnic group, consisting of a set of small natural pools, considered as pools under the shade of abundant trees typical of the region, such as white oak, at the end of the tour you can admire the waterfall that forms the winding of the branch of the Jatate river. It is located in El Corralito, a community of the Tsotsil ethnic group, 19 km from the municipal seat of the municipality of Oxchuc, with a semi-temperate sub-humid weather, consisting of a set of small natural pools, considered as pools under the shade of abundant trees typical of the region.
