In fact, our Cesarina will have the honor of delighting your palate too, preparing a nice plate of her orecchiette for you, combined with a good glass of wine and our other products.

After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of Apulian gastronomy is; then, together with the expert hands of our Cesarina, you will begin to produce the famous orecchiette around our common table. After preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting of the orecchiette, in front of a glass of wine, combined according to the season with other products of Puglia, such as turnip greens, rabbit ragout, farinella ...
The course will last approximately 2 hours. At the end of the course, the Academy's certificate and apron will be issued, to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will instead allow you to reproduce what you have seen at home.
