Learn how to make Neapolitan pizza in a class with an English speaking Neapolitan chef in the centre of Naples. Enjoy a pizza making experience in the place where the pizza was born: now a UNESCO heritage. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to learn the secrets of Neapolitan pizza in a typical restaurant, in the heart of Naples.
In the first part of the class you will follow the pizzaiolo in the preparation of your dough from scratch with flour and water. You will actively participate in the cutting of mozzarella and the preparation of tomato sauce. The pizzaiolo will explain the leavening, temperatures, conservation, etc… Subsequently, you will create and bake your Margherita.
