House of Mother Mary, Ephesus Ancient City, İsa Bey Mosque , Temple of Artemis
Morning pick up from hotel at İzmir. The tour starting from the house of Virgin Mary according to the belifs the mother of jesus spent last years of her life. She was supposedto arrive at Ephesus to gether with St.John and lived in the years 37-45 CE until her Assumption or Dormition. Then drive to ancient city of Ephesus which is one of Unesco’s World heritage site. Ephesus is one of the most important harbour city of ancient World and also it’s mentioned in the book of revelation as one of the seven churches. Stroll pass the magnificant Celcius Library, The temple of Hadrian one of the best preserved and most beautiful structures, Odeon and Trajan fountain. Walking along the historical marble Street to the Great Theater where St. Paul preached. Then after visit to İsa Bey mosque, the finest sample of Selçuk architecture in Anatolia. The last stop of our tour is temple of Artemis one of the seven wonders of ancient World. Return back to your hotel at İzmir.
