• Guest(s) must be present in order for WBS to put up the umbrella set–please come down early to get a preferred location on the beach.
• Social distancing enforced throughout experience
• Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
• Gear/equipment sanitized between use
• Guides required to regularly wash hands
• Regular temperature checks for staff
• Rentals will be placed at a safe 6′ apart to maintain social distancing standards. Only members of the same-travel group or family will be allowed to sit or recreate together. PLEASE ALWAYS ASK FOR STAFF ASSISTANCE BEFORE MOVING, TOUCHING OR ADJUSTING EQUIPMENT.

Meeting Point

From Kalakaua Ave., use the "Beach Access" between Cheesecake Factory and Outrigger Waikiki Hotel to reach the beach. Check in at the service desk located on the pool deck of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel found on the right hand side at the end of the beach access. The desk is accessible from the beach.
