You can hear his flutter! You will learn about their biology, migration routes, their journey from Canada, the dangers, their predators and their life cycle. You will also know about Mexican cuisine in pre-Hispanic times, from ritual drinks like cocoa and pulque, through insects, plants and flowers, to a delicious sauce in molcajete and prepare your own tortillas by grinding corn in metate.
