Samovodska Charshia (market) is a square in veliko tarnovo city which recreate the bustling marketplace of the early 20th century.

In among the beautifully renovated houses from the pre- and post-liberation period the visitor can find workshops for pottery, weapons, copper working, wood carving, weaving, icon painting, Turkish sweets and a bakery.

The Monastery of Saint Dimitar Basarbowski is a Bulgarian - orthodox cave monastery near the city of Ruse in north-eastern Bulgaria.

It has the same name as the nearby village of Basarbovo and lies about 35 metres above the river Rusenski Lom, south of the Danube.

This is literally built on the side of a rock. The porous materials have withstood the test of time. Once up the sights are beautiful, spiritual and and full of history. Once you have descended walk to the modern church on site.
